The Franklin Templeton US Product & Specialty Sales team is seeking an exceptional candidate to join the team as a Product Manager. This solution-oriented individual will contribute to the growth of Franklin Templeton's US product lineup by leading a broad set of activities across Sales, Product and other various teams across Franklin Templeton.

US Product Management, Governance and Implementation serves as product subject matter experts within US Distribution, demonstrating a deep understanding of the assigned product range, firm's overall investment capabilities and specific products. The team manages the lifecycle of the US product lineup ensuring success through competitive, profitable, and complete product solutions that meet client expectations and deliver on objectives and outcomes.

What is the Product Manager Responsible For?

This role collaborates across Sales, Product, and other business units, overseeing the lifecycle of retail products, especially mutual and insurance variable funds. Responsibilities include identifying product and capability gaps, developing recommendations for new and existing products, managing product positioning, and monitoring market trends and pricing.

What Are the Ongoing Responsibilities of a Product Manager?

Product Range Management

• Partner with investment teams and US Distribution to assess and communicate current and emerging regulatory and market trends and determine potential implications to products within assigned product range
• Collaborate with US Product Strategy and others within Franklin Templeton to identify gaps within the existing product range and contribute to the development of the product management roadmap, ensuring it meets both current market demands and long-term strategic goals
• Work with US Product, investment teams and others in US Distribution to ensure timely and successful delivery of US Distribution's product strategy, including rationalization

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $130,000 - $170,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
