Global Payroll Analyst (LATAM)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Global Payroll Analyst (LATAM) to join GDIT. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing payroll processes for our Latin American operations, ensuring compliance with regional regulations, and providing insights and support to our global payroll team. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for payroll management, we would love to hear from you! This role will support Global Payroll processing across the GDIT enterprise; lead setup and registration in assigned countries, operations, management, and maintenance of non-U.S. payrolls; manage the procedures and service of non-U.S. tax and payroll forms via a department shared global payroll e-mail account; assist to create and implement policies, procedures, instructions and forms; support change management, training, audits, Corporate Tax and Finance projects as needed.

The likely salary range for this position is $62,985 - $85,215. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
