About The Position

CT Technologist Traveler (Long-Term Assignment, Nights)

Location : Monroe Hospital (MHIN), Indiana

Department : CT Scan

Assignment Dates : October 12, 2025 January 10, 2026

Schedule : Wednesday Saturday | 6 : 30 PM 7 : 00 AM | 12-hour shifts

Positions Open : 1 | On-Call Required

Position Overview

The CT Technologist (Traveler) performs high-quality computed tomography imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment during overnight shifts. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe imaging practices.

Responsibilities

Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols.

Operate CT equipment and ensure accurate image quality.

Document patient information and imaging data in the EMR system.

Adhere to all radiation safety and infection control guidelines.

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support timely diagnoses.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during imaging procedures.

Participate in on-call coverage as assigned.

Qualifications

ARRT (CT) certification required.

Active Indiana Radiologic Technologist license required.

Minimum 1 year of CT experience preferred.

BLS certification required and must be maintained.

Prior acute care or hospital-based CT experience strongly preferred.
