What you´ll do
Own and manage the NA strategic
ST,C&L project portfolio with alignment to business goals.
Provide deep technical
knowledge to deliver optimal solutions in design, performance, cost, and
sustainability.
Ensure the PD team execution of
complex project including feasibility, scalability, and successful
deployment of solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Lead the scouting of ST,C&L
innovations and emerging technologies.
Develop roadmaps in
collaboration with global partners that are aligned with future market
trends, technical advancement, and sustainability goals.
Lead and inspire a
high-performing team based in NA. Guide 4 direct reports in individualized
career development.
Foster strong collaboration
internally across functions and externally with strategic suppliers,
research laboratories, technical partners and other stakeholders.
What makes you a good fit
PhD degree in Chemistry, Materials
Science, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in
Metal Surface Treatments, Cleaners and / or Lubricants including at least 3
years in a leadership role.
Track record demonstrating Strategic
and Technical Expertise.
Demonstrated success in managing
complex, cross-functional programs, supplier and customer partnerships,
with a proactive, results-driven, and sustainability-focused mindset.
Excellent leadership,
collaboration, and negotiation skills, with high adaptability and strong
business acumen.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00- $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
