About the Role

This co-op position requires a 40-hour / week commitment Monday through Friday from January through June 2026, with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, requiring either 3+ days / week in the office in Columbus, OH, or 1 day / week in Boston.

Our team is dedicated to elevating the Immuta journey for all employees, and you'll play a key role in designing and implementing engaging events for our employees.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and execute a variety of employee engagement initiatives, including social, cultural, and wellness events tailored to a remote-first workforce.
• Facilitate program logistics and internal communications for learning, development, and internship programs.
• Support programming for employee recognition and diversity, belonging & inclusion efforts.
• Gather employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities and help shape future initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc projects that are tailored to your interests, giving you a chance to dive into areas you're passionate about.
