We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and restoration, with experience in various aspects of auto body work. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This is a flat rate position $25 / hour. Endless hours available.

• Responsibilities
• Perform advanced collision repair, including panel replacement, structural / frame repairs, and refinishing prep.
• Accurately diagnose damage and follow OEM repair procedures.
• Ensure vehicles are restored to manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and fellow techs for efficient workflow.
• Maintain shop safety standards and perform quality control checks before vehicle delivery.
• Skills
• 10+ years of professional auto body repair experience.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to maintain certifications).
• Strong knowledge of structural, mechanical, and cosmetic collision repairs.
• Ability to work independently on complex jobs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay : $65,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
