Key Responsibilities
Develop beneficial business relationships and foster teamwork among franchisees to achieve targets and goals
Conduct annual business reviews with franchisees to establish growth and profitability goals, and assist with exit strategies when necessary
Analyze franchisee performance to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable strategies for growth
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in retail business planning and franchise growth
Strong track record of creating beneficial business partnerships and collaborating to achieve goals
Ability to think strategically and analyze business performance
Understanding of financial drivers and market conditions affecting franchise operations
Preferred : Five or more years of experience in managing retail tire and automotive service businesses
