Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance of a client portfolio for a contingency-based insurance discovery solution, focusing on revenue recovery
Utilize key operational metrics to maximize client recoveries and company revenue, addressing data mapping and performance issues
Lead client meetings as a technical expert, generate actionable reports, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer management within healthcare revenue cycle technology
1+ years of experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint
Proven experience in customer service with operational and executive-level clients
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix organization
