Responsibilities

  • Fielding phone inquiries and assisting customers with service-related queries
  • Coordinating and scheduling service appointments
  • Facilitating communication between customers and service technicians
  • Providing support to the service department as required

Details

This is a full-time position, immediately available, offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, possess prior customer service experience, and be able to clear background and drug screenings. Basic computer proficiency is essential, and comfort around our friendly office dog is a plus.
