A company is looking for a Marketing Specialist who is highly analytical and execution-driven, focused on driving measurable growth across various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta, conducting A / B tests to improve performance metrics
Finalize and optimize landing pages and workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing and reporting
Analyze keyword performance and ad copy to enhance targeting and visibility, while providing actionable insights to the Marketing Manager
Required Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid search / social or marketing automation
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights
Experience with campaign optimization, A / B testing, and KPI reporting
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
