Purpose

The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, supervises staff, ensures excellent guest service, and maintains financial and statutory compliance. The role requires leadership, operational expertise, and a guest-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop staff
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns
  • Maintain food and service quality standards
  • Manage staffing, costs, and inventory
  • Oversee private events and catering
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, and legal compliance
  • Complete reports and manage team lifecycle

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Valid Driver's License and state work cards
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, POS systems, and restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of profitability, budgeting, and legal regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English

    • Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

    Work indoors / outdoors in a fast-paced environment, may include long standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
