This is a Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday- Friday; potential for evening or Saturday hours to support adolescent program.

The Therapist will primarily serve adolescents ages 9-17 and their families through the Navig8 Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program and School-Based Therapy in Holden Schools, while also supporting adults with Substance Use Disorders and co-occurring needs. Responsibilities include providing individual, group, and family therapy, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or Saturdays to meet client needs. As part of a person-centered, integrated care team, the Therapist delivers direct and indirect services, including triage during open access hours, and collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to assess referral readiness. Compass Health Network offers a supportive environment, competitive benefits, and performance incentives up to $20,000 annually.
