Location : Pottstown, PA – 75% Travel

Position Type : Full-Time, Hourly

Position Summary :

The Electrical Lead supports the Electrical Foreman by providing technical guidance, mentoring crew members, and ensuring high-quality electrical work. This role is hands-on and focused on maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the technical expert for electrical tasks on-site.
  • Assist in planning and executing electrical installations and repairs.
  • Mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
  • Ensure work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards.
  • Support the Foreman in coordinating with other trades and resolving issues.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and material readiness.

Qualifications :

  • Journeyman Electrician license is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of electrical experience.
  • Strong understanding of commercial / industrial electrical systems.
  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

    • Compensation details : 23-27 Hourly Wage
