3+ years of experience managing software engineers with a strong track record in talent development

10+ years of industry experience in building data-intensive or distributed systems

Proven expertise in database replication and change data capture (CDC)

Hands-on experience with Go and familiarity with Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments

Customer-focused mindset with a bias for rapid delivery and feedback integration
