Job Overview

Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift : 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Schedule : Full-time, 36 hours per week

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 available!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings.
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician.
• Demonstrate knowledge of nursing principles and apply them to meet residents' physical and psychosocial needs.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and document resident interactions and outcomes.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and the public.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
• Contribute to the development of self-care programs for residents.

Qualifications

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, including every other weekend and holiday. You will be part of a supportive interdisciplinary care team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents.
