We are currently seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Consulting Sales in the Construction industry. This position is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Fire Alarm Sales, Maintenance, and Sprinkler systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing expert advice and solutions to our clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company. This role requires a high level of initiative, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the construction industry and its challenges.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
2. Identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business deals.
3. Provide technical advice and consultation on fire alarm systems, maintenance, and sprinkler systems to meet clients' specific requirements.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to design tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.
5. Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the construction industry and fire safety systems.
6. Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to clients and at industry events.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest necessary improvements.
8. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
3. Proven track record in Fire Alarm Sales, Maintenance, and Sprinkler systems.
4. Excellent understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and negotiation techniques.
5. Strong technical understanding of fire safety systems in the construction industry.
6. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
10. Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
