Senior Production Control Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Production Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and guide a team of 6 - 8 monitoring contractors, ensuring adherence to established processes

Monitor application and infrastructure systems to detect and respond to alerts in real time

Perform initial triage and investigation of alerts, determining root causes and escalating as needed

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in 24x7 enterprise monitoring, incident response, and ITSM

Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms such as Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and Splunk

Expertise in incident detection, response, and management, including ITIL-based processes

Experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, and understanding of change and problem management

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
