Spa Manager
A fast-growing med spa group is seeking a Spa Manager to lead operations across two high-volume locations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, client experience, and driving spa growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, staffing, and scheduling.
- Lead and mentor a team of Aesthetic Injectors, Aestheticians, and Guest Experience Specialists.
- Foster a results-driven culture focused on client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, local outreach, and membership growth campaigns.
- Manage vendor relationships for trainings, events, and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize budgets for profitability.
Qualifications :
12+ years of experience managing a spa, med spa, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proven ability to drive team performance and enhance client satisfaction.Experience executing local marketing strategies is a plus.Compensation & Benefits :
