South Carolina Compliance Officer

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance functions for the South Carolina health plan and ensure timely submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements

Serve as the senior leadership contact for state compliance meetings and manage interactions with state regulators

Conduct internal compliance audits and manage compliance for health plan subcontractors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred

7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs

5-7 years of experience with health care regulatory agencies in compliance and fraud program development

5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
