Collaborate with a team of physicians while overseeing LPNs, CNAs, and aides in delivering patient care. Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to physicians. Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and home safety. Ensure that patient goals are met and coordinate discharge from services. Collaborative leadership and a supportive team environment. A shared commitment to providing the best one-on-one care for our patients. Recognizing that work-life balance is essential for our nurses' well-being. An active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan (BSN not required). At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR Certification. Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance.
