Job Description : ABOUT THE ROLE

Document the design and technical structure of the custom workflows in the Appeals application that supports the Appeals Division. The solution is built on MicroPact's entelli-trak platform and hosted in AWS, managed by a DMAS vendor.

DMAS is seeking an expert level programmer analyst to independently review an existing system and document the configuration details. The individual will understand and document the customizations added to the base code, as well as all existing interfaces and the current hosting environment. The analyst will review stories and change requests documented in JIRA as part of the documentation process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experienced in configuring entelli-trak platform – 8 years
  • Experienced in Java programming – 8 years
  • Experienced in using JIRA – 5 years
  • Experience in working with cloud hosted solutions, especially AWS – 5 years
  • Good understanding of network concepts
  • Good understanding of authentication and authorization using single sign on solutions
  • Experience in documenting design details using MS tools including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Visio
  • Experience in documenting existing process automation workflows

Desired Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-starter
  • Ability to communicate system design and technical functions to business leads
  • Interpersonal skills, communication, facilitation, and presentation (written and oral) skills
