Responsibilities :
As an Oracle business Systems Analyst, you will analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system solutions to enhance business processes and efficiency.
Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.
Design and propose Oracle system solutions that align with business needs and objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of Oracle solutions.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure Oracle solutions meet business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle systems and processes.
Requirements :
- Oracle Finance functional SME with specialization in GL, Intercompany , Costing and AR
- Knowledge to work on production support issues and enhancements in these modules.
- Knowledge and ability to develop solutions for key Oracle finance problems including IC, Non-IC, COGS related issues.
- Must Have deep understanding of Oracle Cloud finance functional configurations.
- Identify and implement process enhancements and best practices in areas such as period close, intercompany transactions and costing.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve incidents, data discrepancies, and integration issues.
- Support business and finance teams during month end close by coordinating uploads, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes and business operations and strong exposure to reconciliation with sub ledgers.
- Understanding of product costing, revenue recognition, excise tax calculations, and reconciliation of COGS in liquor industry.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both finance business partners and technical team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environments and can work independently.
- Degree in finance and accounting is preferred.
- Knowledge of Liquor industry specific business processes and reporting requirements (Preferred)
