Certified Nurse Aide

Under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse the Certified Nurse Aide performs various duties assisting unit staff nurses and clerical specialists to ensure efficient unit operations and safe patient care following established procedures.

Requirements :

Must be licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his / her assigned unit or within his / her department.

Must be able to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures.

This is a full-time 7pa-7a position.
