Compensation Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1780–$1910 per week ER RN Job Details – Memphis, TN Location : Memphis, TN 38104 (Tennessee nursing jobs) Facility Type : Large hospital, Level 1 trauma center Assignment : Travel nurse (locum tenens) Unit : Emergency Room (ER) Shift : Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) Contract Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 3 / 2025 – End : 2 / 2 / 2026) Weekly Hours : 48 hours Orientation : 16 hours Registered Nurse Qualifications Current and active RN license in Tennessee or compact state (no pending licenses) Minimum 2 years of recent emergency room nursing experience with prior travel assignment, or 3 years of ER experience without travel Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility Flu vaccination required (no exemptions) Experience with Cerner EMR preferred Level 1 trauma center experience preferred Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays if assignment overlaps Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with application ER Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ER setting Respond quickly and effectively to trauma and acute medical emergencies Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Float between similar units and campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR system Maintain compliance with hospital policies and travel nurse assignment requirements Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
