Previous Hospice Leadership expeience strongly preferred

Be the Best Hospice Executive Director - RN Registered Nurse You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse licensed in practicing state
- At least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program, 2 or more years preferred
- Experience in the business and fiscal functions in a health care setting, preferred
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and / or organization requirements and is in good working order
Responsibilities :
Travel to identified sites to assist with Executive OperationsParticipate in the Monthly and Quarterly Executive Director MeetingsAssist with startup operations, as assignedServing as a business operations expert for all Hospice locationsIn collaboration with the Learning & Development team, assist with education and training for new ExecutiveDirectors, including continuing education opportunities for existing Executive DirectorAssist in reviewing the business operations reports and helping to improve processes for each siteAssist in interviewing potential Executive Directors, Director-Business Operations, and any other operations positions, as requestedGather intelligence on all operational activities at local sites when visiting and bring information back to Leadership team for development of action plansOur Investment in You
