Excellence Training Coordinator

• Location : New Kensington, PA (Onsite)
• Contract to Possible hire
• Pay : $70 to $100 an hour

We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven I2M Excellence Training Coordinator to support our Research & Development (R&D) team in New Kensington, PA. This critical role ensures all associates possess the necessary competencies and training for innovation processes (Idea-to-Market) and related technical tools.

The ideal candidate is a technical specialist with a proven ability to manage complex training curricula, define organizational roles, and maintain data integrity within key enterprise systems.

Core Responsibilities

The Coordinator will serve as the primary expert responsible for R&D competency development and role alignment, specifically tasked with :

salary : $75 - $100 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 7 AM - 4 PM

education : Bachelors
