Job Details :

Pay : $ per week (to be updated)

Positions Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift :   Monday-Friday

40 hours weekly guarantee

Evaluates, plans and provides treatment upon referral of physician

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted OR License

BLS by American Heart Association - required

Bachelor of Science or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Must have at least 2 years experience

Must be able to provide 3 supervisory references
