Our law firm partners receive hundreds of high-quality inbound legal inquiries each month, which are converted to signed cases without wasting attorney time via the sales intake teams we recruit, coach and manage. All of this is backed by world-class intake, sales support and back office systems to handle the case load.

Now, to sustain and scale that growth, we're recruiting a Head Probate Litigation Attorney who can lead the legal operations and ensure client service is flawless from consult to resolution.

Your role will be to :

• Ensure the back office and legal support teams are performing efficiently and proactively with a high touch, client centric approach
• Maintain high standards of communication, follow-through, and client service
• Be the quality gatekeeper for case handling and internal operations
• Provide legal oversight and mentorship to ensure case integrity and client satisfaction
