Valid State Driver's License. PAM Health follows the DMV laws of each state and that each person is responsible and required to abide by the local law. (Class D license required in Louisiana.) Current BLS certificate. Experience : Must be at least 21 years old (per insurance coverage requirement). Completion of defensive driving school within last 2 years preferred
