Meyer is seeking a flexible and tech-savvy Systems Analyst contractor to support our IT department and help internal teams make smarter use of technology and systems. The initial focus will be on identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support data-informed decision-making.
This is a contractor role paid hourly, with variable workload based on business priorities. Ideal for freelancers or fractional analysts who thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with departments across Meyer to understand workflows and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI tools and platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and other generative AI solutions.
- Document requirements, perform gap analyses, and support build-vs-buy decisions for system upgrades or replacements.
- Recommend and help implement low-code or off-the-shelf solutions (e.g., Smartsheet), focusing on configuration over custom development.
- Partner with IT leadership, project managers, and department heads to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Support training and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve solution effectiveness.
Qualifications :
2–5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.Experience with AI technologies, automation platforms, or low-code tools is strongly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities across projects.Compensation & Workload :
Hourly rate : $70–$110, depending on experience and agency involvementWorkload : Variable, based on active projects and business needs.Schedule : 15–20 hours per week on average, with potential for more or less depending on demand.Ideal Candidate :
