Job Description
Business Banking Relationship Analysts partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio.
Responsibilities include :
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Three to five years of Business Banking experience
Preferred Skills / Experience - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship - Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy / procedure - Demonstrated understanding of advanced financial accounting and analysis - Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships - Effective verbal and written communication skills
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
