Head Of Rare For Ce&O
We are hiring a new team member in the CE&O team. The role is Head of Rare for CE&O and reports to the Global Head of CE&O and is responsible for driving the execution of the full end-to-end CE&O suite of solutions and capabilities (this includes CMI, Omnichannel engagement, Digital content & solutions, dashboards & analytics, and L&D, all tailored to the requirements of Biogen's Rare Disease (RD) portfolio).
The leader will work in full partnership with the RD iCoE team (International Center of Excellence). This role will serve as the single point of CE&O leadership contact for RD, leading, directing, and being accountable for delivering end-to-end operational and customer excellence requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively and collaboratively partner with the relevant Head of each GCE&O function.
- Lead the iCoE-based RD CMI team, ensuring all insights and forecasting requirements are delivered
- Drive full alignment and needs identification across key stakeholders, including PDC leads, Regional Presidents, iCoE, and GMs, for all above-market RD deliverables.
- Identify new opportunities, manage risks, and bring ideas for innovation across RD portfolio

Engage and drive proactive alignment with PDC, iCoE and GMs to ensure CE&O deliverables are prioritised and deliveredDevelop and deliver a strategic road map, priorities, milestones and tangible deliverables for RD requirements across GCE&OStrategic business partnerships driving key business planning and performance review including key business reviews, planning and KPI monitoring (including performance dashboards) to proactively provide risks and opportunity assessments to leadershipDrive the prioritization of activities and work across both GCE&O LT as well as iCoE RD teams to ensure delivery remains in scope and fully supporting RD strategic imperativesStrategic Partnership :
Single point of contact for CE&O Rare disease full portfolio requirementsProvide thought partnership with Global, iCoE and country leadership to enable the business to meet strategic objectivesSupport in leading GCE&O governance structure to enable country CE&O org and global org to build capabilities, drive consistency and engage the organization to a shared visionVery close working with affiliate CE&O teams and stakeholders to enable execution of global CE&O deliverables, as well as provide support, coaching, guidance and adjustments as needed for market relevance and engagementLead & Develop CMI Team (iCoE) :

Ensure prioritised GCE&O focus areas are delivered including Patient Finding & activation, Omnichannel, Digital solutions & content, L&DIdentify, plan and realise key opportunities to improve delivery & operations across the Global CE&O organizationWork closely with Global CE&O LT to define, mobilise and apply continuous improvement philosophy and implementationIdentify and closely partner with Global CE&O Learning Partners a capability plan for the full Global CE&O organization, collaborating with Global CE&O LT and key stakeholders to enable delivery and drive organizational growthIdentify external trends, capabilities and enhancements that can be integrated into Global CE&O solutions (RD and broader) to further improve, drive efficiencies and develop an increased flexible resourcing modelRequirements :
Minimum educational level necessary to perform the jobBA / BS Required.
