RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST

The Payroll Tax Specialist will review approximately 250 local tax jurisdictions and confirm setup requirements

The Payroll Tax Specialist will research and verify withholding tax registration details through online portals and phone communication

Document completed actions, outstanding items, and next steps to ensure smooth implementation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PAYROLL TAX SPECIALIST

Prior experience with payroll tax jurisdiction setup or comparable registration projects

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with multi-state payroll or tax compliance is a plus, but not a must
