Role : Data Entry & Customer Support

Pay : $18-21 / hour

Location : Sand Springs, OK

Type of Employment : Contract to Hire

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Review and enter customer orders into the ERP system daily with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their order in a timely manner
• Process invoicing for shipments the same day, when possible
• Coordinate with operations regarding customer orders
• Ensure accurate contract pricing and send to customers as necessary
• Assist in the collection of payments as appropriate
• Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls and visitors to appropriate parties or locations, greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide driving directions and direct drivers to appropriate docks
• Perform clerical work such as scanning, typing, and filing
• Prepare shipping labels and schedule carrier pickups and deliveries
• Address customer complaints as necessary
