Senior UKG Application Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior UKG Application Analyst responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely processing of integration files and accurate data reporting

Evaluate and resolve complex application incidents while maintaining compliance with corporate standards

Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements and support the implementation of enterprise applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

5-7 years of experience in application systems analysis, configuration, or support of enterprise applications

Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Kronos, or ServiceNow

Prior experience in leading system enhancements or upgrades within the healthcare industry

Preferred experience with payroll software (e.g., UKG) and time recording systems
