Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Care
Serving Middlesex & Somerset Counties

Compensation : $53 - $56 hourly
Responsibilities :
Visit patients at home to assess needs and manage symptomsDevelop and adjust individualized care plansProvide hands-on nursing focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of lifeCollaborate with our medical director, social workers, and hospice aides for seamless careSupport and guide families with compassion, clarity, and education throughout the hospice journeyAdvocate for each patient’s wishes, values, and cultural traditionsParticipate in team meetings to coordinate care and share updatesTeach families what to expect and how to provide support at homeMaintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure quality care and complianceQualifications :
Must be willing to driveActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey2–3 years of clinical nursing experience (hospice, palliative care, or related field preferred)Knowledge of hospice philosophy and end-of-life careStrong communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and team membersAbility to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary teamExcellent time management, organization, and attention to detailComfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and related healthcare softwareAbout Company
