Outbound Commercial Sales Representative

As an Outbound Sales Representative for Batteries Plus , you'll be proactively prospecting, engaging, and activating new customers in several industry segments to drive new customers to our retails stores. The Outbound Sales Representative will use this information to gain and grow store and online sales for Batteries Plus .

Responsibilities :

Sales and Customer Contact

• Identify key decision makers in organizations to promote program benefits, communicate the company's value proposition, and secure a next step.
• Support new store opening through outbound prospecting calls to drive awareness in the local market, open business accounts and generate orders.
• Solicit new business from existing customers, leads sent through internal referral mechanisms and targeted industry segments.
• Achieve daily call goal expectations and track activity and customer interaction in the company CRM system.
• Send customer referrals to franchise and corporate owned stores for sales identified as part of the phone conversation.
• Work on special projects as needed, that support customer sales and support.
