About the Role

We’re hiring a part-time (3-days per week 8am-5pm) Physician Assistant that's willing to transition to full time (M-F 8am-5pm) within 4-6 months of hire date to serve as Clinic Director for our Virginia Beach location. This is a specialty role focused on men’s health and wellness, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight loss, and ED treatment. You’ll lead patient care, grow the clinic, and enjoy no weekends, no call, and no insurance billing .

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients in areas such as :
  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
  • Erectile Dysfunction (Trimix, P-Shot, Gainswave, prescription therapy)
  • Medical Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, PRP Hair Restoration, and Vitamin Therapy
  • Serve as Clinical Director and oversee day-to-day clinic operations
  • Collaborate with our Medical Director and support team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in local outreach (sports events, health fairs, community partners)
  • Support marketing and growth efforts (referrals, social media, community presence)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physician Assistant in Virginia (in good standing)
  • DEA and controlled substance license required
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
  • Strong comfort with men’s health, hormone therapy, and wellness
  • Business-minded, patient-first, and excited to grow a clinic
  • Previous clinic management experience a plus

    • Ideal Backgrounds May Include

  • Primary Care, Urology, Sports Medicine, Endocrinology, or Men’s Wellness
  • Familiarity with TRT, HRT, or medical aesthetics is a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for helping patients achieve lasting lifestyle transformation

    • Schedule & Benefits

  • Part-time 3-day work week transitioning to Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
