HPREA is the #1 real estate team in one of the top Keller Williams offices in the entire world.

We guarantee that post-training you will make at least $80,000 as a Lead Agent with High Performance Real Estate Advisors. As a matter of fact, we are so confident that if you don't make at least that amount in your first full year on the Team we will cut you a check for the difference!

Job Description

We are looking for a stellar Lead Agent to join our team! We are expecting a motivated, self-starter who enjoys helping people and will assist them in navigating through the home-selling and home-buying process. The Lead Agent is responsible for assisting several seller / buyer clients at a time. If you are great at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time well, WE WANT YOU!!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments
  • Manage all leads in contact database system; set and complete tasks in the system, track all client communications
  • Identify homes that meet prospective buyers' home search criteria, schedule showings, help them to refine their criteria
  • Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home selling / buying process
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoods
  • Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and work with clients to get that property under contract

Requirements

  • Applicants for this position will have NC and SC Real Estate licenses
  • Minimum 1 year real estate experience with proven sales record
  • Must be a team player, motivated and personable

  • Be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and focus on outstanding customer service
