  • Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance and quality testing, executing diagnostic tests, establishing standards, and confirming adherence to the standards.
  • Apply hands on technical troubleshooting skills to existing processes and quality concerns.
  • Lead the application of root cause analysis in problem-solving / deviation from standards.
  • Follow up on process capability and assist in ensuring permanent improvements are made.
  • Mentor production operators and other team members to improve the application of manufacturing standards and reaction in the event of deviation.
  • Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support process standardization, documentation, and operator training efforts.
  • Lead audits, customer visits, and technical discussions.
  • Foster a plant culture of accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experiencerequired.
  • Minimum3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentrequired.
  • At least2 years of experience in quality systems, process improvement, or quality assurancerequired.
  • Minimum1 year of leadership, management, or supervisory experiencerequired.
  • Knowledge of basic quality, financial, and operations protocols.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, intellectual curiosity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information to the management team and other groups.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills; able to provide constructive advice and feedback.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
