Responsibilities :

As a Registered Nurse, you will :

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Accurately and efficiently complete daily electronic documentation.

Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

Review and transcribe physician's orders to the Medication Administration Record (MAR).

Communicate new and updated orders to the pharmacy in a timely manner.

Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest standards of care.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications :

Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A compassionate and professional demeanor.
