Director Of Outpatient Services - Addiction Recovery

The Director Of Outpatient Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the outpatient programs offered at the facility including the direction, management and supervision of day-to-day operations of the clinical programming and the clinical staff for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, ensuring programs meet the client needs, the facility's performance goals and objectives, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include outpatient program development, family programming, oversight of the outpatient therapists, integrative therapies and client engagement. This position is onsite at the facility and is not a remote position.

Education / Experience / Skill Requirements :

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or other recognized therapeutic field from an accredited college or university.
• Four or more years' experience working as a therapist with the specific population of the facility.
• Particular skills in therapy and assessment, considerable knowledge of social work principles and practice, social health and welfare programs and laws governing eligibility for these programs; regulatory standards.
• Professional clinical license issued by the appropriate licensing body as required by the state.
