We are seeking a Qualified Professional to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings, while managing facility needs
Responsibilities :
- Supervise direct care workers
- Be on call for after-hours and be able to report to the site within 30 minutes of an emergency
- Review and keep all documentation up to date
- Transport clients to and from appointments
- Write, implement, and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensure all documentation is completed on time
