Overview

Lia Toyota Northampton seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department. Compensation $90K – $125K+, sign-on bonus N / A.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive automotive parts experience
• Management and marketing experience to coordinate, promote and grow a large wholesale operation
• Strong, positive staff, franchise and customer experience record
• Experience obtaining and servicing wholesale accounts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional personal appearance and work ethic
• Experienced in parts inventory control and all aspects of parts department
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Clean & valid driver's license
