Tax Senior Manager

Location – Winter Park, FL

Join our family-oriented CPA firm focused on work-life balance and professional growth. We serve a diverse client base, from individuals to complex corporations, offering broad tax experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the expert for tax research, reporting, and client issues
  • Develop and implement tax planning and saving strategies
  • Represent clients before IRS and state tax authorities
  • Review Corporate, Partnership, Individual, Trust, and Estate tax returns
  • Manage multiple tax engagements and supervise staff
  • Oversee tax compliance and review payroll / bookkeeping using QuickBooks

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Active CPA license
  • 10+ years public accounting experience
  • Proficient in tax software (Thomson Reuters, UltraTax, Practice CS preferred)
  • Experience in business tax planning and shareholder transactions
  • Proven mentoring and leadership skills
