We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event & Trade Show Coordinator (6-Month Contract) to join our team on a temporary, 6-month basis. This is an immediate role that will play a key part in supporting our upcoming Large Corporate Event in November as well as preparing for Trade Shows scheduled in early 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, recent experience in event planning, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Take ownership of completing logistics for a large corporate event in November (planning already underway)
Coordinate and execute event planning tasks, including vendor communication, scheduling, and follow-up
Prepare and manage logistics for upcoming trade shows in early 2026
Ensure all necessary equipment and marketing materials are shipped to appropriate locations on time
Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Support ongoing marketing initiatives as needed
Work Environment :
This role will operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team, working closely with both the Sales Team and other Marketing staff.
