RESPONSIBILITIES :
Caring Leadership, Client Engagement, and Operational Oversight :
Ensure all security protocols and standards are consistently upheld; operate independently to manage frontline supervisors and security officers, meeting client-specific contractual hours while proactively minimizing unbilled overtime
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; execute payroll, performance evaluations, and employee relations to build high-performing, engaged security teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that enhances the protection of people and property
- Leverage Allied Universal's AI technology and Business Intelligence platforms to track metrics, optimize employee schedules, and reduce non-billed overtime to achieve operational efficiency, productivity, revenue growth, cash collections, and profitability
Safety and Compliance :
Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teamsMaintain training, safety, and operational standards while managing uniforms, equipment, and suppliesQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE) :
Must possess one of the following :Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organizationAssociate's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organizationHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organizationLicensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentValid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting businessMinimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.Experience in leading development, and retaining a diverse team while building positive client relationshipsKnowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordinationSkilled In managing a large and dispersed team that fosters teamwork, Innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired resultsAbility to maintain a profitable book of business by cross-collaborating and utilizing results-oriented problem-solving skills to meet both client and employee growth and satisfactionProven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient mannerProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellenceExcellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of safety protocols and delivery serviceExperience with (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE) :
Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretionExperience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operationLaw enforcement, military and / or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experienceAmerican Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certificationPrevious payroll, billing and scheduling experienceAptitude with security systems; CCTV, Access Control, and badge administrationGraduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter / Paramedic, Corrections Officer)BENEFITS :
