We are seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN ) for our BRAND NEW Free Standing Emergency Room (ER) located on Merrill Road to join our healthcare family. Merrill Road Free Standing Emergency Room estimated to open Fall 2025.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Charge Registered Nurse / Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions at the Free Standing Emergency Room (FSER) during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the ER CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision / mission / values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

This is a Full Time, Day Shift position. Shifts are 12 hours in length (approximately 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM).

Rotating Weekends and Holidays are required.
