About The Position

Job Title : Registered Respiratory Therapist

License : RRT license must be in hand at time of start

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, RRT

Must-Have : Epic experience

Description :

Position / Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist

Shift : 3x12 Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM

On-call requirement : No

Weekend requirement : Every other weekend

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes

Floating may be required between campuses due to census and / or staffing needs

Required / Preferred Years of Experience : 2 years

First-timers accepted : Yes

Clienttion badge required : Yes, must be provided by agency

Special requirements : Epic experience

Local candidates accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis

All requested time off must be included at the time of submission.

The facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.

If this is a concern, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or extended assignment during the season.

Hurricane season runs from June through November each year.

The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.

RTO is due at the time of submission.

RTO after submission will not be accepted.

Local candidates must first be approved for this campus.

Candidates must have the RRT license in hand.

Candidates with a pending license must provide proof of application or confirm they can complete the necessary process.

Travelers will not be cleared to report to the facility until the license is active.

Please ensure candidates do not have any planned time off that will prevent them from completing pre-start compliance on time for the proposed start date.
