We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of new capability programs, ensuring delivery within cost, schedule, and technical requirements. The successful candidate will :

WHAT WE'RE DOING We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of new capability programs, ensuring delivery within cost, schedule, and technical requirements.

THE WORK Lead a cross-functional Program Management Team (PMT) to drive program success Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Manage program planning, financial control, and earned value efforts Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and resolve internal issues as needed Support new business capture efforts, including proposal development and contract execution Position will be based out of Stratford, CT #RMSPM

Experience in Program Management and / or Engineering with financial control and full criteria earned value experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Strong team building skills required. BA / BS degree in Engineering, technical, business or related field with 5-8+ years' experience is required. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple contracts concurrently is preferred. Solid appreciation of the importance of integrated master plans (IMP) and master schedules (IMS). Able to utilize enterprise scheduling tools to manage all projects / programs. Able to formulate and execute recovery plans as required. Knowledge of Risk Management tools and implementation is preferred. MA / MS / MBA Preferred. Project Management Institute Certification and experience with SAP, Open Plan and Winsight is preferred.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
